Offcloud.com provides cloud-based downloading, file hosting, and remote upload services. Our Service allows you to:
- Download files from various internet sources through our servers
- Store files temporarily in cloud storage
- Transfer files to third-party cloud storage providers
We act as a technical intermediary and do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any content you access or download through our Service.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our Service to:
- Share links or files: You are not allowed to share any links, download URLs, or content from your account with anyone else. Your account is for personal use only.
- Access illegal content: No illegal content, including child sexual abuse material
- Distribute malware: Don't upload malware, viruses, ransomware, or any harmful code
- Create multiple accounts: One account per person; creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited
- Resell the service: Do not resell or commercially exploit our Service without authorization
Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- All fees are charged in advance for the subscription period
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 3 days before the renewal date
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
- All payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store your credit card information
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on your first payment. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to your first payment and does not apply to subscription renewals. After 30 days, or for any renewal payments, refunds are not offered.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
- Modify or discontinue features at our discretion
- Impose usage limits to ensure fair access for all users
7. Data Retention
Files downloaded through our Service are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after a period specified in your account settings or plan. We are not responsible for data loss due to automatic deletion, account termination, or system failures.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for content accessed through our Service or actions of third parties

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Offcloud LTD, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium. For EU consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
